THE DESIGN PROCESS

INITIAL MEETING & CONSULTATION
Tom will meet with you on site to discuss your initial plans, find out what’s important to you and get a feel of the available space.
02.
SITE SURVEY
This involves a more detailed site visit where accurate measurements and levels will be taken and the ground and soil quality will be analysed to prevent challenges further down the process.
03.
CONCEPT DESIGN
An initial detailed plan will be put together based on the information gathered at your site survey. At this point we can look in more depth at some proposed materials and discuss pros and cons of each option.
Once you’ve had time to look through the plan and materials, we will discuss your initial feedback before proceeding with the next step.

FINAL DEVELOPMENTS
With even more information and the feedback from the concept designs, a final detailed plan with all material suggestions will be put together. This will include a detailed construction drawing for challenging parts of the garden build. Most clients use Willow Tree Gardens for their garden build once the design is complete. Alternatively, you can ask other landscapers to tender for the build off the design. A scope of works will accompany any drawings which will provide even more written detail to the plans.

PLANTING PLANS
We are also able to provide detailed planting plans for the garden. Well thought out planting really brings a garden to life.
