How we work
Excellent Customer Service
Communication is key. We want you to know what is happening and when. You’ll be informed of our start date as well as when materials will be arriving on site. There’s a lot to plan and organise when undertaking a complete garden refurb, but we aim to take the hassle away from you, to make it a stress-free and straightforward process.
Initial Consultation and Site Visit
An initial meeting to introduce ourselves and gather information about your vision for your new garden. We will take detailed measurements of the existing space and discuss ideas before coming up with a plan.
Materials
Having listened to your ideas, we will go away and find the materials we think will best suit needs. Colours, textures and budgets are all taken into account.
Detailed Quotation
You will be given a detailed quote that will leave no stone unturned. You’lll know exactly what the cost of your dream garden will be, and can be reassured that the price won’t change*.
Garden Build
Once the quote has been accepted, the fun begins! We aim to be as respectful as possible while working on your property. We aim to minimise the disruption while the build is going on and aim to keep all the neighbours happy too. You’ll receive regular updates as the process develops.
Clean Up and Completion
Once the work has completed any pre-agreed waste will be removed and we’ll tidy up and clean away our workers footprint, leaving your newly built garden ready for you to enjoy.
